Ford F-150 Lift & Leveling Kits — 2" to 6" (2004–2024+)
A lift kit is one of the most popular builds for the Ford F-150 — it clears bigger tires, adds ground clearance, and levels out the factory nose-down rake. How far you go depends on your goal: a 2" leveling kit evens the stance and clears a slightly bigger tire, while a 4–6" suspension kit fits 35s and gives the truck real presence.
The F-150 runs an independent front suspension, so front lift comes from coilovers, spring spacers, or new springs rather than a solid-axle coil setup. Generation matters too — the 2004–2008, 2009–2014, 2015–2020, and 2021+ trucks (and the Raptor) use different parts, so match your exact model.
Everything below is grouped by lift height and generation, from simple leveling kits to full coilover suspension systems with new shocks and upper control arms. Sold-out kits are hidden automatically, so what you see is in stock and ready to ship.

Ford F-150 lift kit buying guide
How much lift do you need?
A 2" leveling kit clears a modestly bigger tire and evens the stance — the cheapest, easiest step. A 4–6" suspension kit fits 33–35" tires and gives real clearance and a bold look, but needs more supporting parts. Buy for the tire size and stance you actually want.
Leveling vs. full suspension lift
A leveling kit (strut spacer or new front springs) raises the front to match the rear — great for stance and a mild tire bump. A full suspension lift adds coilovers, rear shocks, and often new hangers or blocks for real clearance and travel. Level for looks; go full suspension for big tires or off-road use.
Match your generation (2004–2024+)
The 2004–2008, 2009–2014, 2015–2020, and 2021+ F-150s use different suspension, and the Raptor takes its own kits. A kit for one generation won't fit another — confirm your exact model year on the product page.
Do you need upper control arms?
On the F-150's independent front end, once you're past about 2–2.5" of front lift, aftermarket upper control arms (UCAs) restore correct geometry and let you get a proper alignment. Many taller kits include them; a mild leveling kit usually doesn't need them. Check what's in the kit.
Coilovers & shock upgrades
Front lift and ride quality on the F-150 come from the coilover or strut, with names like Eibach, ICON, Bilstein, and Fox ranging from budget to high-end. A better coilover is what you feel most on rough roads, so it's worth prioritizing if you spend time on dirt or washboard.
Will 33s or 35s fit?
33s generally fit with a leveling kit and minor trimming. 35s usually need a 4–6" lift, sometimes body-mount trimming, and often re-gearing to keep the truck driving well. Check the specific kit's tire-fitment notes and your wheel offset.
Frequently asked questions
Should I put a leveling kit on my F-150?
If you want to kill the factory nose-down rake, clear a slightly bigger tire (33s), and even the stance for the lowest cost, yes — a 2" leveling kit is the most popular first suspension mod for the F-150. If you're after 35s or real off-road clearance, step up to a full lift instead.
What are the downsides of a leveling kit?
Raising the front slightly firms the ride, marginally reduces front down-travel, and changes the factory suspension angles — so an alignment afterward is a must, and a mild kit is easier on CV and ball-joint angles than an over-tall one. It also doesn't add rear height. For most owners the trade-offs are minor next to the improved stance and tire clearance.
What is the best lift height for an F-150?
For most owners, a 2" level (for stance and a modest tire) or a 4–6" suspension kit (for 35s and clearance) is the sweet spot. Taller lifts add UCAs, possible trimming, and a re-gear — pick the smallest lift that clears the tire you want.
What is the best lift kit for a Ford F-150?
It depends on your generation and goal: a leveling kit for stance and 33s, or a full coilover suspension kit for 35s and off-road travel. Names like Eibach, ICON, Superlift, and BDS are well known — everything here is filtered to fit the F-150, so match your model year and tire target, then pick by use.
Is a 2 inch lift worth it on an F-150?
For a lot of owners, yes — a 2" level is the cheapest way to kill the factory rake, clear a bigger tire, and improve the stance, without the supporting parts a big lift needs. If you want 35s or serious clearance, step up to a full suspension kit.
How much does it cost to lift an F-150?
A basic leveling kit is the least expensive option, while a 4–6" full suspension kit with coilovers and UCAs costs more, plus install and alignment. Prices vary by brand and contents — each product page lists the exact price and what's included so you can compare kits at the same height.
Is a 2 inch lift noticeable on a truck?
Yes — even 2" clearly changes the stance and lets you fit a taller, more aggressive tire. It's a subtle-but-real difference most people notice, without the cost and supporting parts a big lift requires.
Do I need an alignment after a lift?
Yes — any lift changes the front-end geometry, so budget for an alignment right after install. On taller lifts, upper control arms are what make it possible to bring the alignment back into spec.
